Terms of Service
General
• Payments are done up front and in full before any work begins.
• Payments are done via paypal invoice in euro currency (€).
• Final price of the commission is determined upon ordering.
• Complex designs (ex: overly-accessorized, complex markings, complex clothing designs) come with a fee. (see pricing for more info)
• A full and clear reference must be provided. I do not accept writtent description unless it is for a custom design.
• Edits done before the final sketch is complete are free of charge. Any additionad major edits require a fee.
• Be respectful of the artist. No abusive language is allowed in any part of communication.
Artist Rights
• I DO NOT TAKE NSFW COMMISSIONS FROM MINORS.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone I am no comfortable working with/ if the topic of commission makes me uncomfortable or for any other reason.
• I reserve the right to use the finished piece for promotion such as advertisements.
• I reserve the right to use unused sketches for future works (YCHs, personal art, etc...).
• I reserve the right to update my terms of service as I see fit.
Commissioner Rights
• Client may post and share the commissioned work as long as credit to the artist is provided.
• Client may also use the commissioned work for any private/personal use.
• Client may request for the commission to be posted/shared at a specific date or not be posted at all.
• Any commercial use must be discussed and agreed upon up front. Using the work for commercial purpose without approval is prohibited.
• Major alterations such as, but not limited to: cropping out signature, tracing over the piece, having a different artist draw over it is prohibited.
• YOU MAY NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFTS OR FEED IT INTO AI
Progress
• I will provide multiple rough sketch options for bigger pieces, such as Illustrations. Expect fewer for Chibi and Customs.
• Once the final sketch is finished I will not send updates unless significant progress is made (lineart, colours, render)
• I might send progress/inquries regardless of the previous point if I require clarification from the client. Therefore, client is encouraged to be available on their preferred communication platform for discussions and their opinions/input is very welcome (especially during the sketch stage).
• The client can request progress update at any stage of the work.
• If I have not provided updates for a long time the client is encouraged to reach out and inquire about the stage of the commission.
